Delete your account
You can permanently delete your Wealthly AI account and associated local and cloud data from inside the app, or request help by email if you no longer have access.
Delete from the app
- Open Wealthly AI and sign in to the account you want to delete.
- Open Settings.
- Select Delete account and review the warning.
- Confirm deletion and re-authenticate if requested.
This removes the authentication account and associated Wealthly data from the device and active cloud systems. The action cannot be undone.
Request deletion without the app
Email caypoh23@gmail.com with the subject “Wealthly AI account deletion request” and send the request from the email address associated with your sign-in whenever possible. Do not include financial data, passwords, or identity documents in the first message.
We may ask you to verify control of the account. We aim to complete verified requests within 30 days and will explain if more time is legally required.
What is deleted
- Your Wealthly authentication account.
- Synced accounts, transactions, categories, budgets, and goals.
- Synced notes, attachments, AI history, and related app content.
- Local app data on the device completing in-app deletion.
Service-provider logs or backup copies may remain temporarily under security and rotation schedules. Limited records may be retained only where required by law, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or enforcement of agreements.
Subscriptions are separate
Deleting a Wealthly account does not automatically cancel an Apple App Store or Google Play subscription. Cancel the subscription through your store account to stop future billing. Store transaction records are controlled by Apple or Google.
